Driver’s License Renewal Fees in Oklahoma. You will have to mail in two forms of identification with the completed form and a $38.50 renewal fee. For standard renewals in person, there is a $33.50 fee. You may renew the license for up to two years after the expiration date. If it is beyond two years you will have to start over as if you never had a license. Renewal License: Those simply wanting to renew their not-yet-expired Oklahoma driver's license can do so at any Oklahoma Tag Agency. When to Renew Your OK Driver's License
Your Oklahoma driver license is valid for 4 years at a time and expires on the last day of the month of your application.

Your requirements will vary based on whether your driver's license is currently:

Non-U.S. Citizens
If you are not a U.S. citizen, your OK driver license will display the word “Temporary' on it.
